In the US Name is not a protected class, but I don’t know about Ontario/Canada.
Have you considered immigrating to the US?
I understand the timing’s not great right now, but how bad do you want Reggie?
Also, I don’t have any facts to back this up but I suspect there’ll be a larger pool of Reggie’s here too…it’s a bit of a numbers game…
Gender is, though. Thankfully Reggie is close enough to gender neutral that I think they're in the clear HR wise.
Could be short for... Regina.
If they pay me enough I'll move from the US to Canada and be their Reggie... Hell I'd call it a win win.
