Honestly? Modern Yogscast.
I'm biased as I was a fan as a kid but watching their minecraft shit in 2025 is still so good, and Simon is even funnier now everyone is older and he spouts some hilarious shit. Politically they're also decent folks too.
I'm glad the Sjin thing was dealt with (I wasn't watching them back then) but now they seem to be hitting their stride.
