The U.S. has always been rotten to the core. From the slave-owning hypocrites proclaiming that "All men are created equal" to the systematic destruction of native peoples. The very foundation on which the country is built is contradictory, and the myths of freedom and equality only serve to distract us from the problem.
I’m reading RDO’s indigenous peoples history of the US and I’m even more redacted than ever.
More like, it serves to trick people into believing that it is the best country ever
