In reality, he is currently in a Federal Prison, but if HitlerPig were to pardon him, he would be sent immediately to Minnesota, to fill out his STATE life sentence. Taking responsibility for his imprisonment is what they need to be "prepared" for, not his release.

He's absolutely fucked if he goes to state prison. More violence in general than federal, plus inmates will know who he is.
