I've heard you can get delirious from the synthetic weed shit, but real weed isn't a hallucinogen. At its very worst it can trigger latent conditions that do have hallucinations though, but it doesn't cause them.
I watched a person go on a bad trip from synthetic weed. Shit got scary.
