Nah the 320 has been proven beyond a doubt to fire for basically no reason. Sig, while claiming there was no problem, just randomly decided to offer a "voluntary" upgrade for the trigger assembly for no cost!

If you can stomach a whole guntube video, Brandon Herrera covers the drama in depth.

What this means is there's a good chance these cops are selling known defective guns to the public.

Blegh, not so much the guntube part, but more the youtube part: quick cuts, ads, the works.

Forgotten Weapons has a more... professional? approach:

I can’t stand watching gun-related content creators on Youtube other than Forgotten Weapons or Jonathan Ferguson. So many horrible political takes and treating guns like toys.

Good shout, love forgotten weapons and didn't know they covered the p320. Thanks.

The problem when a very serious design flaw like this becomes known is that the reputation of the gun will be tainted forever.

Even if the problem is completely solved people will still default to blaming the gun whenever there is an accident caused by the operator. And since SIG fucked up twice and initially mishandled the problem both times, that reputational harm is going no where any time soon.

That kind of dynamic ruined the Blackhawk SERPA holster as well.

anyone in sales will tell you. you don't sell the product, you sell the trust in the product.

SIG sold their trust with their public tantrum for points with the fascists.

For good reason right? For safety.

If the trigger is a full fix that's a pretty good deal. Sure, I'll RMA your shit for a steep discount.
