Is that why he lied his way into 2 wars so long that children were deployed with their parents? To accomplish his goal of reducing the deficit?

You're right, he did make a lot of cuts to education, which helped to lead us to our current situation where people are denying basic science like germ theory and the earth being round. That's been a Republican goal for at least 4 decades.
