No, I don't believe that the sitting president of the US, who is currently running to keep that office, is allowed to keep secret a major health issue that absolutely affects his ability to be president.
Joe Biden isn't just, like, some guy. He was, up until January, one of the most important public figures in the world. No, his health concerns should not be private, not if they affect his ability to do his duty.
So what do you think of FDR and Reagan handling of their medical diagnosis?
What do you mean by "allowed to"? The current, sitting President is doing it, and nobody is stopping him. That seems to indicate it's allowed.
Oh, you're right, I should have said "should not be allowed to" or "in a better world would not be allowed to". Because yeah, covering up serious health issues impacting politicians happens fucking constantly, so clearly it's allowed
