Nah dude, cave men had to use poop sticks. The poop knife was made for much more civilized times.
Poop knife came in 20th century as a sane response to the Poop Rapier that was heavily in fashion before then
Honestly, the poop rapier was so much better... Really got down into the pipes for those deep clogs.
