Exploring how N.E. Thing Enterprises came up with and created Magic Eye pictures in the 90s! Their 3D illusion books, posters, calendars etc were everywhere for years. But did you know they sold a program to generate your own SIRDS images on a PC? Let's dive into the history of stereograms, how Magic Eye dominated, and how to make your own!

I was born blind in one eye and I’ve never seen a magic eye picture

When I was a kid I was convinced I could get it to work but I never did. I was never going to, I don’t have binocular vision, but I tried

If you wear contacts and one gets slighlty blurry it fucks it up as-well.. so fucking annoying.

I have shit depth perception and I'm in the same boat, I never saw one of these as a kid.
