First time I really noticed these articles. One thing I think will reduce your engagement is the lack of hooks in the Lemmy post. As a first-time reader, I can't even be sure any of those links will really interest me. Now, I'm going to check it out anyway, but I'm sure others won't.
All that said, thank you for adding to the conversation here on Lemmy! I am not a creator, and my post count is still in the single digits, so I rely on people like you to make Lemmy a place worth coming to, which will help it grow. There are others doing similar work in a more weekly format, which makes it easier to get the content directly onto Lemmy, but I'm not saying that's what you should do. I want you to add your unique spin to things, not just copy someone else. If you feel the need to change your format, that's cool, too. Sometimes it takes a bit to find your style. But at least give an idea of what we have to look forward to when we click those links, and perhaps add some pictures if that makes sense for the content.
Now off I go to see what you've prepared for us.
Edit: Having read what you prepared, I'm not disappointed. I hope to see more soon.
Thanks, I get what you mean. I used to have everything in the post previously but I run out of space because my content passes the character limit of a post. So I tried this work around post links to an external blog but it's not ideal solution.
I might do it differently in the future and when I find time I will add some images that will help indicate what the links are about.
I am familiar with the similar weekly posts, it is what partially inspired me to do this but I wanted to take a different approach that resembles more a monthly gaming magazine with a lot of variety in content.
That being said I open to suggestions to changing things, trying out what works the best.
