Democrats dont need to do anything other then live up to their self proclaimed democracy advocacy and replace First-past-the-post voting in the blue states they control.
But they won't do that... will they?

their job is just to stall and not to undo fascist policy. electoral policy is meaningless when both of the only two parties are in on the game. and if electoral reform has any chance to be effective it won't be passed.
Democrats can't just advocate democracy. Hitler came to power because the democratic Weimar Republic couldn't control inflation.
