Lol, instead of focusing on the bad conditions traffic controllers have to work in (while carrying an enormous responsibility) and acknowledging the additional environmental impact these delays bring, the pilot starts to bootlick:

"It's very annoying," the pilot told the passengers. "It's cost the company a lot of money. It costs business people a lot of money, and it would be great to have this addressed."
