For fairly obvious anti-abuse reasons, mods can't kick other mods. You will have to ask the admins of your instance (this instance, in this case) what they want to do about it.

Really? That's news. Is that one of those things that varies whether or not it's presented to you depending on which client you use?
probably. the check for higher modes was changed for 0.19.6 in https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/pull/4860, but before that it seems like all mods could remove other mods.
