Why would I ram a car without a baby inside?

I'm autistic does that make me a disabled driver or an active threat?
Both, the active threat modifier just means you get to engage in vehicular combat directly to sabotage other drivers going for a high score.
So does Free Bird give me a stacking speed boost?
