Not sure why you are downvoted. This has to be terrible for your body. Maybe unless you have some very specifc spinal issue or something like that I guess?

Maybe if you spend 24 hours a day in it, if you get up periodically to stretch throughout your work fay and make sure to exercise in your free time you'll be fine
