Electrochem is a wise and noble beast. Also how bad can speed be if even Kim is open to trying it!
He's what? Seems like I've still got some playing to do
Just to not create false expectations: you don't see him taking it. But you can have a conversation about it, and you can manage to convince him it's helpful for detective work. And a passive Rhetoric check says he's actually considering it.
Pretty sure it's easier to convince him to consider taking speed than to dance in the church.
Or wear the jacket.
