This is why we need a real worker's party, because this party is dead, and refuses to change.

A Reuters/Ipsos poll released Thursday found that 62 percent of Democrats said “party leaders should be replaced,” 49 percent of Democratic respondents said they were “unsatisfied with current leadership” and 41 percent said they disagreed with the sentiment that they were unsatisfied with leadership.

Yeah, real actual federal accomplishments and you’re all “sniff they should have done more, lol”

Why would a functional party appeal to you in the first place?

Do you see the bigger picture, no real working class issues addressed, same for cackling Harris

Cackling Harris huh. Hm where have I heard that characterization before . . .? Oh I know! The same fuckwit right-wing channels that decry “the liberals”. You must be very proud.

lets take a snapshot of what is happening right now with the dems

Who is “the dems”? They sound terrible. Enjoy the republiQan party, you’ll have lots to talk about.

You resorted to low-effort name calling. I see you! I am in one of the largest political parties, the independent party, disenfranchised by the uni-party system. I am a real progressive, not like those in the democratic party that speaks the language, and then votes for genocide, or sheep-herds the progressives into voting against their principles for neo-liberal candidates. I am awake.

Right, right. Who’s your candidate then? For the midterms.

Yeah.

Here is what the democrats do, call in the big guns to squash progressives. Obama did it to end Bernie, and here is who they called in to aid your boy Cuomo;

Democrats call in the big guns to cheat Progressives

My apologies for my last post, I missed a word or two because I was short on sleep. I'm on your side. You showed proof they don't work for the people, and Optional just ignored your citations. Not a shocker from them.

[–] rodneyck@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 2 days ago

No problem, and agree.

[–] eugenevdebs@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 2 days ago

Gotta love how you brought in documents to show him wrong and went "lol I win, bye bye."

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world -4 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Yeah I thought so. You have no idea what you're doing.

Help or get out of the way.

[–] BrainInABox@lemmy.ml 2 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Maybe you should take your own advice

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world -2 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Help who? or What?

Everybody who's shitting on the Democrats like our intrepid "lefty" above has no plan, no details, and no understanding of national politics.

It's all "okay the Democrats lost. Hooray! . . . um" and that's what's so stupid.

[–] BrainInABox@lemmy.ml 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

And you also don't have a plan, details, or an understanding of politics.

The current Democrats and their supporters are the very definition of "not helping, but in the way".

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world -2 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Excellent - so you can answer the question then.

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world -1 points 2 days ago (1 children)

YES. That's the whole point. The Democrats have a platform and a name on the ballot.

What is the offered alternative? I'd love to hear it! but there's never anything.

[–] goferking0 5 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Their platform is we're not the republicans in name

They've listed off ideas and you ignore or shoot them down because it may hurt the dems when the dems have proven to be a complete ineffective party that work against citizens. They are just better at hiding it optically

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world -2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Who's listed off what ideas? I haven't seen any.

"We hate the democrats" yeah, I got it - what else is in there? Anything useful? Practical?

Because you're the third or fourth person to respond to that question with nothing.

[–] BrainInABox@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)

you also have no answer to that question!

[–] goferking0 2 points 1 day ago

No they do, don't change anything
