Finally, I’d say that we should eliminate arbitration agreements so that individuals can vindicate their own rights through class action lawsuits.

I'd like to see arbitration clauses go away for every business-customer relationship, and citizen protections broad and easily enforceable, with fines and awards amounting to more than a fraction of a percent of profit margins, including incarceration for harm or death.
