The people of Yemen are doing what they are able with the means they have. If a country with a proper navy was fulfilling their obligation to stop genocide, Yemen wouldnt have to risk their lives and meager wealth stopping ships from facilitating genocide.

Do you also blame the taliban for the famine in Afghanistan? Saddam for the famine in the 90s? Fidel for the Special Period? Turns out when you bomb a place to shit so their farmers arent able to grow and transport food, you get famine.
