I am new to Hexbear and was wondering what the instance's general opinion is on the Russian Federation. Do we regard it as imperialist or anti-imperialist and support it?

Extremely critical support to Russia in thier war against NATO/US Imperialism. Were it not for the "West's" pathological hatred of Russia, the libs in charge of Russia would happily be members of the "international rules based order". Instead the US forced them into war, which they are winning, despite thier best efforts at times to lose, mostly thanks to the legacy of the USSR. And any defeat of the US is good for the world.
