It won't happen, under Capitalism, they have a large part of the working class, PMC class, walking on a salary vs debt thin edge, too afraid to change anything because their world would fall apart. It is a devious plan and it works, prevents them grabbing pitchforks, and often even attacking those that are trying to rise up against the oligarchs.
