Well SumatraPDF already exist long time ago. I think we need opens source PDF editor with plugins because the reason why people love Adobe Acrobat it can edit PDF not just view it.
I know... I know... There's alternative out there like Foxit, Nitro, etc, but people always comeback to Acrobat.
