Same with the anxiety and any sort of stimulant. It's a tolerance thing. Get a small and sip it, build up your resistance. It does help with energy, but there's just a bit of a curve if you have panic issues.
Also the anxiety itself is fatigue inducing. Doing more things helps with the anxiety, but it's hard to do more things if you're exhausted from it. It's a cycle, gotta break it. Sucks at first
