I think it rolls out in 2026 that each store with a beer and wine selling license of a certain physical size will have to start accepting empties (which to my experience only The Beer Store does in Ontario). I'm expecting Ford might intervene and take retailers off the hook before then, thus reducing reuse opportunities for all the bottles and in this province. (Remember the 3 Rs?)
