I would expect a Star Trek instance to be the most welcoming to non-humans. I'm a Star Trek fan, but I honestly wouldn't be able to answer that question without looking it up.

I really wish SNW would have an awkward "don't ask" conflict with the TOS Gorn and SNW version like DS9 did with Klingon makeup. Maybe they did and I missed it.
