The guy who played saruman in the LOTR films. And i thought it was about neck snapping not stabbing.

But it's important to remember; he didn't know this because he'd ever heard a man's neck snap; he heard a nazis neck snap. So it woukd have sounded the same as a man's neck snapping, but isn't evidence of anyone doing anything wrong.

It was stabbing. It was stabbing. Pretty sure Saruman's neck never got snapped in the movie.
