Other than framework (out of stock) does anyone know of a good linux gaming laptop with a dedicated AMD GPU? (equivalent to 3060 or more) that I can buy in the UK?

any help would be appreciated- these seem to be rare.

Unless you can get one custom built, about the only option outside the Framework is an Asus Tuf A16(Win11) from 2023 with a possible best configuration of 7940HS and Radeon 7700S.

There's a Chinese metamechbook01 that has a 7600XT(possibly slightly faster than the 7700S), but I've never seen it for sale anyplace reputable. Could be time to stop beating the dead horse.

Outside of iGPUs, AMD's been absolutely massacred for 10+ years by nVidia. It's the sad reality we have. That said, the open source nVidia drivers aren't shit anymore.

The TUF A16 will do nicely, thank you.
