A Boring Dystopia

Long story short;

There's a ton of things people can do with heads: I prefer when people use them for good, like when you have them and use them while they are still attached for kindness or generosity, teaching or creating. Good stuff, ya know.

I have heard stories about people doing the opposite of these things and getting wreckt for it. Like, worse than guillotines. One dude was beheaded and had his head stuffed up his butt and draggedth around the streets (or so the legend goes). But these are things that should be avoided. Imagine if the bad guys were like the fictional characters (such as Scrooge) and started throwing frozen Turkey out the windows at childrens or whatever.

...that would be cool.
