You're from Germany? Owning (not only carrying) a switchblade (Springmesser) is illegal, with the exception of "business owners, rescue and emergency services, catering staff, hunters and athletes may carry knives if this is necessary in connection with their work or the maintenance of customs."
But there are switchblades for sale in germany. They need to be i think under 8,5 cm blade length. That would fit for mine. But since its not folding but "punching" im not sure.

A thing being available for sale is not evidence of it being legal for you to buy and possess. One can order lots of things on the internet that would be illegal to own or operate.

I think up to 85 mm is only legal for the exceptions:
"Springmesser sind nach dem Waffengesetz (WaffG) verbotene Gegenstände. Ausgenommen sind seitwärts öffnende Springmesser, deren Klingen nicht zweiseitig geschliffen sind und höchstens 85 mm aus dem Griff herausragen, seit 31. Oktober 2024 gelten die Ausnahmen aber nur noch „soweit ein berechtigtes Interesse besteht, das eine einhändige Nutzung erforderlich macht, oder der Umgang im Zusammenhang mit der Berufsausübung erfolgt“ (siehe auch unten „Amnestie“).[2] Ein berechtigtes Interesse kann z. B. bei Jägern, Seglern und Bergsteigern vorliegen. Kein berechtigtes Interesse ist jedoch die Selbstverteidigung."

They only talk about an exception for normal people for their rescue tools.
