What people tend to hate, is religious people trying to force everyone to follow their religious beliefs
The vast amount of people don't give a fuck what a religion says or what their followers do (as long as it doesn't hurt anyone, especially children).
Forcing a 12 year old rape victim to become a mom, is hurting children.
Forcing a 17 year old to become a mom, is hurting children.
And forcing any person/couple to become parent(s) is hurting that hypothetical child.
And that's not even getting into all the other religious views that various religions keep trying to make law to force everyone to follow.
