I'm assuming these aren't actually running in Flash (or if they are then it's sandboxed or emulated somehow) because they actually run on my phone!

Seems it uses a flash emulator called Ruffle

You know, if the effort to keep flash alive is there, then surely there is the market for flash "game engine"
