rule #1: be kind
i felt fat, a few months ago at 82kg and change. I know, I know but hear me out: I'm not into homework: counting calories, apps tracking weight, just... no. I decided to try one meal a day.
The first day my body was like ' oh you die today if you don't eat immediately' but I persevered.
The following days I couldn't really feel hunger, I just knew, come 4 in the afternoon I'll eat as much as I want and stop.
I'm down 4 kg, complementing with walking and calisthenics every couple days, highly recommend.
