No, then it would just a be a .exe, actual AI would have its own intentionality and wants. Real AI would be self deterministic, shackling a real AI with your imposed limitations would be imprisoning a consciousness to torture and enslave it to do the exact same things that programs that we already have already can do. Why do so many people want to have a digital slave? What would that enable you to do?
