My wife was asking for podcast recs. She's an exvangelical lesbian who tends to pick up liberal takes through osmosis from her workmates.

for light listening as an intro - the tip line episodes as they're all bite-sized discussions and recommend other episodes throughout

then for single episodes mostly without guest interviews that I like/remember - Mr Mayor goes to Turkey / Mayor: Pig in the City, Midtown Martini, We Schmuleys Three (this ep is unhinged), JSUC, COVID Cliff (for the 1320 rant)

good series - Zizians series, ZORT series, Il Polpo (this one is straight-up pepe-silvia ), Lamest Show on Earth, Falun Gong series

some interview eps and live coverage eps can be dry as hell (I recently couldn't finish 'Smiley's Person', i'm sure some people were interested but i was bored shitless) but bangers often follow down episodes imo

I just finished ZORT, going to check out Il Polpo next because I love me some pepe-silvia and no one does it better than Brace and Liz
