I saw a comment somewhere about how it's "ACAB" up until something like this happens and I was like "can you explain to me the process by which you think this person will be held accountable for the damage they have caused and the efforts that will have to be made to retrieve their personal property? Because that cost is going to be born by the tax payers and will have environmental implications.

They should have charged him for endangerment to his passengers too.
