That's exactly what apparently too many people don't seem to be able to get through their moronic heads.
Just because something is the law doesn't mean it's actually enforced. We've seen it so fucking many times with Trump. He breaks a law, a bunch of people yell "hey, you can't do that!" and then look the other way, padding themselves on the back for standing up to Trump, who continues to break the law.
It's like telling a toddler "if you steal another cookie, I'm going to be mildly annoyed", and then hoping the toddler will stop stealing cookies.
