I'm not going to debate the fact that she's scum, but I think an important part of building a 'resistance' is helping to normalize those who once worshipped him but now see the truth. The only way we'll ever have change is if we erode his base, and people like her show his supporters it's okay to walk away from his rhetoric.

I'm curious who you might point to as a better example? I only ask because I can't think of a modern maga style Republican who isn't scummy. Then again I really don't keep up with ex-maga so maybe there's a better example I'm unfamiliar with.

I'm not sure of a better example either. However, a lack of better examples doesn't itself make MTG good example of a "reformed" maga supporter. She still very much sucks eggs.
