I usually start the day by brewing a moka pot, but I'm okay skipping it every once in a while under certain circumstances. What would you do/not do for yours?

Weekdays at the office are a 430ml/27g Clever Dripper every working day. Just the one mug. At home on the weekends are a 425ml/25g Kono pour over. Just the one mug.

Both of these happen at least an hour or more after getting up.
