First one looks just like virginia creeper, but if this is in Ontario, I don't know if it actually is that plant. It's a very pretty plant that changes color during autum, but it's also got poisonous sap that can cause a rash similar to poison ivy in some folks. Either way, nice pics!
I agree the vine is Virginia Creeper, which is native to Ontario. I've got some at home. The flower is Cardinal Flower tho.
