The Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Workbook. I'm taking a break from reading theory and following my study plan to focus on strenghtening and improving my mental health.

What are your thoughts on it?
I'm about 40 pages in and like how practical it is off the bat. Haven't found out anything new however, I was familiar with mindfullness and radical acceptance before.
