Well, it's probably more of a post from whatever suck up is managing Trump's social media now. I doubt he can work a keyboard at this point.

Either he's writing them, or directly dictating them word for word.

I think he's either dictating them to someone who (lightly) sane washes and (heavily) "de-seniles" the post, or he's possibly running them though a LLM to correct grammar... or (most likely) both.
