A lot of us go vegan for ethical reasons. It's great to experience health benefits too!

In my case, I lost a lot of weight. I feel much better mentally and recover faster from exercise.

Nothing noticeable with my physique, but it did help me with my mental health. Having actions and morals aligned gives a sort of mental peace I've never experienced before

Same here. It also makes you more aware and sensitive to animal suffering. So it can be a double edged sword.
