Bonus points if Band Name - Album Name - Song Name are all on the same recording.

For example Black Sabbath debut 'Black Sabbath' also has a song called Black Sabbath.

Iron Maiden's Iron Maiden album has the song Iron Maiden.

Six of them apparently. Not commonplace in the 2000s, but was a regular sight in the 60s. Bowie's first two albums, released two years apart, are both called 'David Bowie'.
