Overview:
Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

oh, they could absolutely make LEDs in an acceptable manner. but they don't.
there's some more inherent difficulty with getting LEDs to be acceptable, as well. not to mention the way they're built nowadays means they're not easily replaceable.
however, your comment about aiming is completely incorrect. aiming is irrelevant, because roads have curves and elevation changes and bumps. lights need to not be so dangerously blinding even if pointed straight at somebody's face, because they will be pointed straight at somebody's face for many non-negligible occurrences. I know this because it happens to me every fucking night I'm outside around cars.
again your complaint has nothing to do with the light source. you're (rightfully, I agree!) talking about brightness, nothing to do with how the photos are generated, just how many are being generated.
