These "makeshift" structures are housing hardware that costs millions of dollars in total.

And I stopped smoking at 13. There are gamblers, drug users and others that can’t stop but if you aren’t in that situation it’s hard to understand how hard it is. Deleting the apps is a must like not having junk food in the house if you are trying to loose weight.
