They hung some clothes on the closet the wrong way when I was around 5-6 and that 'man-shape' gave me terrible nights 2-3 years after. If the clothes were hung elsewhere after I was scared by it, I would just hallucinate a shape still there. Frick. Then my mom taught me i could have fun with my fears in my fantasy and that helped a lot. Scary silhouette man can't be that scary if we also eat sausages at the campfire together while reading comics.
