All you need to know is that if something is called the American [doctor stuff] Association it means that it’s an out-in-the-open cartel that exists to limit the supply of and increase the profit margins of whatever the word in the middle of their name is.

They truly, unironically, limit the amount of heart doctors that are allowed to graduate each year.
