What keywords would I look up if I wanted furniture like that
The chair gets called a lot of things like ottoman or lounge though I believe the specific name is chaise lounge.
They are very nice if you get a properly cushioned one, but can be a struggle to get out of when you're tired.
Incidentally, "chaise" is just the french word for chair
