I guessed Stockton before I clicked. Had to be either them, Redding or one of the few Orange County towns that haven't gone purple.

I wonder who got the kickbacks from that fucked-up deal.

Flock shooting is going to be the new skeet shooting, and dialing 911 the new "pull!"
